The TSC2046IPWRG4 is a low voltage I/O touch screen controller. It supports a low-voltage I/O interface from 1.5V to 5.25V. The TSC2046IPWRG4 is 100% pincompatible with the existing ADS7846, and will drop into the same socket. This allows for easy upgrade of current applications to the new version. The TSC2046IPWRG4 also has an onchip 2.5V reference that can be used for the auxiliary input, battery monitor, and temperature measurement modes. Applications include: (1)personal digital assistants; (2)portable instruments; (3)point-of-sale terminals; (4)pagers; (5)touch screen monitors; (6)cellular phones.
